Returns and complaints

Goods purchased in our online store www.kahaki.pl are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and the seller’s statutory liability for the conformity of the goods with the contract. In accordance with point 3 of Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the return does not apply to goods which, in the case of contracts in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specification or intended to meet their individual needs. Complaints are not subject to goods with mechanical damage caused by the Customer or damage resulting from improper use of the product.

In the event of finding any material/manufacturing defect – please notify the Store www.kahaki.pl (preferably by e-mail to info@kahaki.pl) in order to conduct the complaint procedure. The goods sent back for inspection must be clean. We will respond to your complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

All complaints are considered in accordance with applicable legal standards.
The goods should be delivered to the store at your own expense. After accepting the complaint, the goods will be sent back to the customer at the expense of the store www.kahaki.pl

How to make a complaint:
1. Write and justify the reason for the complaint,
2. Pack the goods, attach a complaint letter (ready form in Download) and necessarily the original receipt/invoice,
3. Send the packed goods to our address:
