RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

All goods purchased from the online store www.kahaki.pl are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and the statutory liability of the seller for the compliance of the goods with the contract. Goods having mechanical damage caused by the customer or damage resulting from improper use of the product are not covered by the warranty.
If you find any defect in material – please report this fact to shop www.kahaki.pl (preferably by email info@kahaki.pl) to carry out the complaint procedure. Goods sent back for inspection must be clean. Company employee Kahaki sp z oo will address the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
All complaints are dealt with in accordance with applicable legal standards.
Returned goods should be delivered at customers’ expense. After considering the complaint goods will be returned to the customer at the expense of the store www.kahaki.pl

How to make a complaint:
1. Write and justify what is the reason for the complaint,
2. Pack your product, include a letter of complaint (available to download ), and the original receipt / invoice,
3. Packed goods should be sent to our address: Kahaki sp. Z oo ul. Biskupińska 26, 30-732 Kraków
