Shipment

In high season (from March to September), we try to ship the ordered goods within 48 hours. Out of season, we ship goods once a week. After completing the order, we send the bill of lading details to your e-mail address so that you can keep track of the status of your shipment.

Shipment categories:

  • small (e.g. chainring, shifter, adapter, undershirt),
  • medium (e.g. handlebar, rims, fork),
  • large (frame),
  • bicycle.

We deliver small and medium-sized shipments within the European Union via the DPD courier company. In the case of large shipments containing our custom frames and ready-made bicycles, we use the services of Poczta Polska (air shipment). Delivery of a large-sized shipment usually takes slightly longer than delivery by a DPD courier.

Parcels are always shipped outside the European Union via Poczta Polska and you have two options to choose from. The first is to choose a cost-effective economic shipment, which is delivered by sea and the delivery time may take up to 10 weeks. However, if time is your priority, choose priority shipping (air), which should reach you within 7-14 days.

Europe and World zone:

  2. Germany.
  3. Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Netherlands, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary.
  4. France, Switzerland, Slovenia, Sweden, Italy, Latvia, Ukraine.
  5. Finland, Spain, Norway, Portugal, Great Britain, Bulgaria, Greece.
  6. United States, Canada.
  7. Japan, Australia.

If you are unable to complete your order, your country is most likely not on our shipping list. This is no problem, just send us an e-mail to info@kahaki.pl and we will calculate individual shipping costs for you as soon as possible. A similar situation applies to islands located in Europe.
